Problem Note 41749: Banner images and logos intermittently might not display in SAS® Web Report Studio

In SAS Web Report Studio, banner images and logos might not display if you start your Web application server before you start your metadata server. Because this issue depends on how you restart your servers, the problem might appear to be intermittent. To circumvent the problem, make sure that you start your Web application server after you start your metadata server.
